Microwave Baked Pears

- 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp
- honey
- Wash pears, then halve and core. Place halves in large bowl or pyrex dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Spoon sugar mixture over pears, then drizzle honey over them.
- Microwave for 2 minutes, then in 30 second increments until cooked.
- Remove pears, then microwave sauce for another minute.
- Allow sauce to cool slightly, then spoon over pear halves. Serve fresh with ice cream.
