Butter Carrots
A family recipe, even carrot-haters will enjoy these!
Change up the herbs - use fresh parsley or thyme for a greener taste. Mix in some balsamic for a deeper flavour. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs for a more refined dish.

- 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 4
- small carrots, chopped
- 1 tsp
- mixed herbs
- Melt butter in pan. Add carrots and stir, then add brown sugar and herbs and mix well.
- Cover and move to lowest heat and cook very gently for 30 minutes or until cooked.
