Butter Carrots

A family recipe, even carrot-haters will enjoy these!

Change up the herbs - use fresh parsley or thyme for a greener taste. Mix in some balsamic for a deeper flavour. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs for a more refined dish.

  1. Melt butter in pan. Add carrots and stir, then add brown sugar and herbs and mix well.
  2. Cover and move to lowest heat and cook very gently for 30 minutes or until cooked.
